Amazon HQ2 Proposal: What if we did it anyway?

Boston swung and missed in the competition to land Amazon’s HQ2, and in the process proposed major investments in the region around housing, transportation, and more. What would it take to do all of that stuff anyway, for the benefit of the people who are already here … and the businesses and workers who may want to be here in the future?
