Jen Benson

Jen has always been committed to public service and understands the power of smart public policy. Before joining the Alliance for Business Leadership as President in 2020, Jen served for 11 years in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, including as the House Chair of the Joint Committees on Health Care Financing, State Administration and Regulatory Oversight, Consumer Protection and Professional licensure, and Acting Chair of the Joint Committee on Community Development and Small Business. Prior to joining the House in January of 2009, she served 2 terms on the Lunenburg School Committee, including 4 years as the elected Chair.

Her true passion is advancing female leadership in the public and private sector. She has served in leadership roles in federal and state organizations including Women in Government and Emerge Massachusetts, both focused on supporting women in or running for office, as well as in organizations without female leadership represented such as National Council of Legislators from Gaming States and the New England Plan Group.

Josselyn DeLeón-Estrada

Josselyn joined the Alliance for Business Leadership as the Director of Program, Policy, and Strategic Partnerships in March 2022. She brings over 3 years of public service experience at the local, state, and federal level. Most recently, Josselyn served as Senior Outreach Director for Congresswoman Lori Trahan. She previously worked as Legislative Aide to State Representative Christina Minicucci and Special Assistant to Former Mayor of Lawrence Dan Rivera.

Her passion for progressive politics and policies stems from her professional experience as a public servant as well as her lived experience as a Latina, a daughter of immigrants, and a first-generation college student. Josselyn was born and raised in Lawrence, MA. She graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor’s degree, double concentrating in Political Science and Latin American and Caribbean Studies.

Molly Bartlett

Molly is an accomplished non-profit and policy professional passionate about progressive advocacy. Before joining the Alliance for Business Leadership as Membership and Development Coordinator in 2022, Molly worked for six political races at the state and federal levels. She recently served as Field Director for Andrea Campbell’s mayoral campaign and as a Finance Consultant for Boston City Councilor Julia Mejia’s re-election campaign. For over five years, Molly has additionally acted as the Millennial Policy and Program Consultant to Fishing Partnership Support Services.

The drive to aid underserved populations fuels Molly’s personal and professional missions. At the University of Michigan, she earned bachelor’s degrees in political science and psychology with a concentration in crime and justice. During this time, she worked with Our Restorative Justice to research juvenile restorative justice programs and volunteered with inmates at the Washtenaw County Jail.

Molly was raised in the suburbs of Boston, and you can now find her around the city, reading the news and listening to true crime podcasts.
